Job Description

We, Esco Technologies (Hong Kong) Limited, are seeking Sales administrator for supporting our Sales & Marketing team.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle order processing such as quotation, sales orders, shipping documents etc.
  • Coordinate with customer, supplier and different departments
  • Mainly support to Sales and Marketing Department
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Perform ac hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above is preferred
  • At least 1 year working experience
  • Proficient in computer knowledge, such as accounting system, MS Word and Excel
  • A good team player and sound communication skills
  • Good command in Mandarin, Cantonese & English are essential
