Job Description

THE GIG (Summary of the Role)

Responsible for sales order processing, order book management, Distributor performance analysis and reports and to provide administrative support to Distributor Sales Head and team.

 

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART (Job Description)

  • Point of contact for all designated Overseas Distributors for enquiries on sales and orders
  • Follow up Distributors inquiries with internal departments- Merchandising, Operations and Finance for resolution
  • Responsible for sales order entry, shipment schedule updating, and sales order confirmation with Distributors
  • Prepare Proforma Invoice for Distributors
  • Follow up with internal departments for timely deliveries to customers and keep them informed of changes
  • Prepare purchase orders for input into system – currently “Smartwin”
  • Handle the sample ordering from Distributors markets and follow up with the delivery
  • Control and monitor the sales order book movement
  • Request Sales and Business reports monthly from Distributors and collate and analyse data for required reports
  • Provide administrative support for Sales team

  • Degree/Tertiary education
  • Have an analytical mind-set with detail oriented execution attitude. Retail knowledge will be a positive
  • Strong customer service attitude and communication skills to handle multiple work-streams with multiple external stakeholders – Overseas Distributors
  • Strong follow up and influencing skills to work with internal stakeholders- merchandising, operations and finance
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word) and using Pivot and other analytical tools will be required
  • Good communication skills with business level spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
