Job Description

Job Description:

  • Be responsible for coordinating the administration of marketing programmes in Hong Kong
  • Ensure implementation of company processes for Finance and Administration matters
  • Issue and send pro-forma invoices to clients, follow up and control invoices issued
  • Coordinate with Finance team on status of payments from customers
  • Creation and maintenance of an Outstanding follow-up table to be shared monthly with the finance team
  • Create new business partners codes when needed (customers) for subsequent smooth operations
  • Miscellaneous activities assigned by line managers; support other administrative job if needed

Job Requirements:

  • 1~3 years related work experience in sales/marketing/after sales administration, preferably automotive
  • Candidate with 1~3 experience in finance and accounting with interest in marketing event for automotive would also welcomed
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Be flexibile to work during weekends to support events as needed
  • Proficient with all MS Office softwares: Words, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have passion for motor racing;
  • Flexible and willing to travel for business if necessary
  • Solid communication skill & organization skill
  • Sense of service to clients and with good presentation skills
  • Versatility and hands-on approach mandatory


6 months contract; 5 days work in Central; Mon to Fri 0900 – 1800; Monthly salary around 15k – 20k depends on experience.
