Job Description

MISSION STATEMENT

  • Responsible to take care of back office, inventory and support activities
  • Ensure maximum cooperation to the sales team in the achievement of store targets

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain a high level of shop up-keep and window display
  • To adhere strictly to the shop stock control procedures
  • To monitor the all back office activities such as data entry into the proper software system, product receiving at store, check between physical items received and invoice, incorrect product receiving management etc. and to maintain proper inventory control
  • To reconcile daily sales activity and prepare reports for Store Manager review / approval and submission to corporate entities
  • Perform tagging activities related to all items, from product receiving to repricing
  • To liaise with the office regarding the store operations matters including but not limited daily sales, invoicing, stock transfer/rebalancing, attendance etc.
  • To manage “general services” activities in store environment
  • To liaise with Interior Design team and/ or contact suppliers for any store maintenance issue providing prompt and dedicated update to store manager
  • Contact IT/system suppliers in case of malfunctioning or damage to any hardware/software devices
  • Perform after sale services activities such as taking item to repair in charge from sale staff, contact repair centre and organize item shipment to repair centre, follow up on item repair status with repair centre

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least with 2 -3 years working experience in luxury retail industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Experience in retail store operations is a must Knowledge in office administration work
  • Excellent in customer service skills and integrity
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • Well-organized, detailed minded, independent and with good communication skills
