Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To provide sales administration support to Sales Team in Hong Kong Office;
  • To liaise closely with sales team and handle regular Sales & Administration duties including preparation of quotation, order processing, logistics arrangement and etc.;
  • To handle ad hoc projects.

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, with minimum 2 years relevant working experience;
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently & proactively, well organized and willing to learn;
  • Must be self-motivated, hard working & work under pressure;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
