- Issue sales invoice, delivery notes and follow up sales order
- Handle account receivables
- Update and maintain system information and database
- Liaise with warehouse team for daily inbound / outbound delivery
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Prepare regular sales report
- Assist in Ad-hoc project
- Form 5 /DSE or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Independent, detail-minded, organized, responsible, self-motivated and good team work;
- Good in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Typing
- Immediately available is preferred
