Job Description

Our client, a well-known electronics  company ,is now looking for a candidate with the following details:

Duties:

  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and logistics providers for order processing 
  • Ensure the delivery within schedule 
  • Handle order processing, schedule management, delivery and inventory control 
  • Handle delivery and support the team manager for process improvement and payment on time 

 Requirement 

  • University graduate in any disciplines
  • With 2 years or above experience in order processing, sales admin etc. 
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Word Processing 
  • Good English and Mandarin, Japanese is preferred but not a must 
  • With experience in using SAP is an advantage
  • Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
