Job Description

(Working Location: Kowloon Bay, 5 days work)

  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to sales team in consolidating sales forecast input & uploading
  • Generate different sales reports
  • Perform ad hoc project assigned by Manager

  

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • A minimum of 3 year’ sales admin working experience
  • Good numeric sense, mature and self-initiative 
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills, MS Word, Excel (vlookup, pivot table), knowledge in SAP is a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
