Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales administrative and office support;
  • Provide secretarial support to team including prepare meeting minutes, business reports for multiple purposes;
  • Coordinate and support marketing and CRM activities;
  • Prepare order processing such as sales order, purchase order and follow up;
  • Monitor the delivery schedules and scan vendor’s invoices;
  • Assist in AR payment chasing process;
  • Monitor & maintain office inventory record, stationary control, purchase requisition submission system & invoice payment;
  • Handle office samples receipt in ERP and filing the completed PO / subcontract orders;
  • Maintain catalog library;
  • Schedule and monitor meeting appointments;
  • Sort and distribute incoming general emails/mails;
  • Handle general office administration functions such as office supplies procurement, office equipment maintenance, update employee attendance record, and answering phone calls etc.;
  • Perform outdoor assignments such as cheque bank-in / TT application, company events, and activities etc.;
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • DSE / F. 5 or above
  • Polite, cheerful, pleasant, hard-working and responsible
  • Ability to handle multi tasks and ad hoc assignments
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediately available is preferred
