Assist sales & service team in customer related issues, supports the order generation, order fulfilment and management of installed base process with regards to all tasks relevant for customer communication and order management (e.g. offering, tendering, order entry, demo unit process).
Preparation and follow up of quotations/tenders for standard business transactions – according to the instructions of the sales/service team (offer / service contract preparation).
Maintenance / service contract administration (e.g. scheduling, documentation of service reports, data analysis)
Provide the administrative and clerical duties support, e.g. data entry, documents filing and sorting
Inventory & stock management, conduct audits to identify and assess deficiencies in the internal controls and risk management
Handling and follow up of internal and external customers’ enquiries.
Secondary school graduated
2 years working experience or above is preferred although fresh graduate will also be considered (less experience will be considered as Sales Assistant)
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word and Power-point
Good presentation and interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated
Aggressive, independent, outgoing, hardworking and mature
Initiative and detail-minded with good sense of responsibility
