Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for general sales processing and clerical work.
  • Coordinate with internal, customers and suppliers for order processing and shipment arrangements
  • Handle customer's enquiries, prepare quotations and tenders, follow-up orders and invoicing 
  • Well-organized, able to arrange time and multi-task
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Form 5 or above;
  • At least 2-3 year working experience in retail sales, preferably in FMCG;
  • Aggressive, responsibility, strong sense of sales mindset;
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill;
  • Good in both spoken and written English & Cantonese.
  • Willing to learn
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel. Chinese WP etc
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Sales Executive
  • Immediate available is preferred
