Job Description

Being an integral part of the HK Merchant Sales, the Sales Coordination is a specialized function team serves as secondary merchant contact and providing centralized fulfillment support to Sales Managers and Merchants.

The job holder is based in Hong Kong reporting to Director,Sales. He/she will provide specialized administrative and sales support to ensure a consistent high quality sales and service delivery to excel merchant expectation, and also assist Sales and Relationship Manager to build and deepen merchant portfolio.


  • Provide centralized fulfillment support to HK Merchant Sales, includes new merchants on-boarding, onsite
  • information collection, data input, merchant account maintenance request and other general merchant
  • service support
  • Act as secondary contact with direct liaison with merchants and proactively coordinate with internal
  • department to ensure prompt resolution to merchant satisfaction
  • Provide central coordination on all merchant request, ensure all incoming requests are logged and tracked,
  • with close monitoring to ensure completion within agreed service level
  • Provide efficient and professional service to ensure a consistent high quality sales and service delivery to
  • excel merchant expectation
  • Build and maintain good merchant relationship, assist Sales and Relationship Managers to monitor
  • merchant portfolio to achieve business goals, including new merchants recruitment
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and assignments including specialized support to Premier Merchants


  • Complete secondary education with 1-3 years experience in sales and service support, and similar
  • experience in card acquiring and banking industry will be an advantage
  • Customer oriented, excellent team players with good servicing attitude and communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivating mindset and attitude, detail oriented, committed and enthusiastic, capable to work
  • under pressure and multitasking
  • Has an inspiration to develop career path in the sales field
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
  • Hands on experience of Microsoft Windows software is required
