Job Description

Our client is a leading technology provider for the global banking and capital markets communities. Client Details

The Sales Associate provides support to an assigned sales team. This is a learning position, with the intent of building company knowledge, knowledge of the sales process and systems, demonstrating an aptitude, motivation, and desire to advance as a sales professional.

The Sales Associate will be learning to use professional concepts and will apply guidance of other Sales professionals, professional concepts, or company policies and procedures to execute work and resolve routine issues. The Sales Associate works under specific direction on new tasks/assignments, and with limited supervision on routine tasks.

The team is broken into territories and covers the geographic territory with additional business development supported by the Sales Team located in Hong Kong and Singapore.


  • Compile and distribute client proposals
  • Screen phone calls
  • Manage RFP responses
  • Assist with CRM data management
  • Assist in planning client events and meetings
  • Coordinate with Legal regarding contract proposals, extensions, and amendments creation and processing
  • Coordinate resolution of credits and billing issues with Finance
  • Provide Page Count Verification
  • Facilitate DVD requests
  • Facilitate requests to shut down exchanges


  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required
  • At least 2 years' experience in sales and sales support
  • Ability to multi-task, priorities, organize and work within tight timelines
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • IT and internet savvy
  • Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette
  • Experience in a professional sales environment preferred
  • Good judgement, able to handle confidential information
  • Professional competency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
