- Responsible for issue of invoices to customers
- Follow up purchase orders and delivery management.
- Provide clerical support to the department
- Follow up and record customers request and communicate with Sales Team and other department
- Assist Sales & Marketing Dept in updating sales records
- Handle customer enquiries
- Document handling, data entry and verification
- F. 7 or above
- 1 years’ or above experience in customer service or tele-sales
- Pro-active, responsible and customer-oriented
- Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English & Cantonese
