Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for issue of invoices to customers
  • Follow up purchase orders and delivery management.
  • Provide clerical support to the department
  • Follow up and record customers request and communicate with Sales Team and other department
  • Assist Sales & Marketing Dept in updating sales records
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Document handling, data entry and verification

 Requirements:

  • F. 7 or above
  • 1 years’ or above experience in customer service or tele-sales
  • Pro-active, responsible and customer-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
