Job Descriptions and requirements:
- F.5 or above; 1 year office clerical experience but not essential;
- Good English; fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Assist and support sales team in delivering excellent service to our client;
- Facilitate insurance service process between the clients and the insurers by phone call or email;
- Provide quality customer service/ assist in policy issuing/ hotline service;
- PC knowledge; Excel, Word and Outlook;
- Excellent telephone manner, customer oriented and willing to learn;
- Hard working, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently;
- Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skill;
- Must state current salary and expecting salary;
- Immediate available is preferred;
