Job Description

Job Descriptions and requirements:

  • F.5 or above; 1 year office clerical experience but not essential;
  • Good English; fresh graduates are welcomed;
  • Assist and support sales team in delivering excellent service to our client;
  • Facilitate insurance service process between the clients and the insurers by phone call or email;
  • Provide quality customer service/ assist in policy issuing/ hotline service;
  • PC knowledge; Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Excellent telephone manner, customer oriented and willing to learn;
  • Hard working, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently;
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skill;
  • Must state current salary and expecting salary;
  • Immediate available is preferred;
