  • Handle sales and purchase order accurately 
  • Monitor valuable accounts run properly
  • Monitor manufacturing progress and shipment 
  • Handle customer enquiry and quotation efficiency 
  • Provide sales and administrative support
  • Coordinate with supplier, customer and internal logistic department
  • Willing to travel to mainland China for order follow up, if necessary
  • Report to Sales Manager

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 3-5 years work experience (electronic field will be an advantage)
  • Familiar the operation of Microsoft Navision or similar is preferred
  • Excellent telephone manners are required - Detail-minded and organization skills
  • Self motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Hardworking, self-initiative and capable of working under pressure
