Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Build-up and maintain business relationship with both new and existing customers, major focus on commercial & online sectorSales leads and orders follow up.
  • Provide the best service and product update.
  • To handle key account servicing and client servicing, response to customers’ and sales inquiries and functions.
  • Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers by responding to customer product and order inquiry.
  • Work with different departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction
  • To gather essential market and competitor intelligence for team sharing.
  • Provide support to the Sales Department in the daily activities and report.
  • Provide Sales Department with up-to-date sales and process information.
  • To evaluate and qualify dealers and to maintain good relationships with them.
  • Devise idea and propose web/mobile solutions to potential clients meeting their business objectives.
  • Ad hoc assignments from superior.

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Marketing/Business/eCommerce or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in managing and operating marketplace stores such as Amazon, eBay, Tmall or Alibaba etc;
  • Having experience on B2B online platforms/websites, such as Sales & Marketing or Business Development working experience;
  • Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as Sales assistant in logistics field
  • Preferences will be given to candidates with experience in online selling of computer accessories or peripherals;
  • Proven ability in driving visible business results;
  • Proficient in MS Words, Excel and Power Point;
  • Well-organized, flexible, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and good work attendance;
  • Strong problem solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic and changing team environment is essential;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels;
  • Excellent English and Chinese in both written and verbal communications
  • Immediate availability is preferable
