Job Description


  • Sales of overseas properties, advising and guiding purchasers throughout the process to provide related services such as overseas education advice, financing and immigration.
  • Focusing on properties across particular regions and offering the customers specialist knowledge of these areas, which include UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada & etc.
  • Promoting excellent lifestyle benefits and investment opportunities.
  • Manage client database system, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details, result of calls, and any follow up dates or other action required
  • Attend exhibitions / sales events to driver sales by developing and maintaing relationship with potential clients / investors.
  • Conduct one-to-one marketing / sales to prospective customers through telephone calls (cold-calls) in a professional manner
  • Building long term relationships with customers and gaining repeat business.
  • Direct report to the Division Head.

Key / ideal requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Studies or related disciplines.
  • 2-3 years’ sales experience in real estate or overseas property preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the sales cycle including establishing clients’ need, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing is an advantage
  • Overseas education / experience is preferred.
  • Overseas property agent returnees are welcome
  • Wealth Management professionals are welcome
  • Mainland property consultant experience managing client overseas portfolio is of distinct advantage.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and conversational Mandarin.
