Job Description:

  • Perform sales order processing - issue purchase order invoices, delivery notes etc through SAP
  • Arrange delivery and follow up customer enquiries
  • Closely communicate and cooperate with different department, customers and overseas offices
  • Perform general secretarial duties
  • handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • At least 2 year of working experience
  • Responsible, hardworking, indenpendent and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
