JAPANESE SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Perform full-set order processing including SAP transaction for sales orders entry
- Follow up orders and coordinate shipments between factories and related parties
- Handle customers enquiries and coordinate logistics arrangement
- Handle various reports and monthly payment settlement
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Tertiary education
- Studies in Supply Chain Management or logistics disciplines is preferable
- At least 2 years relevant experience in supply chain/ logistics/customer support services
- Proficient in excel functions
- Possess knowledge in SAP system
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fluent in Putonghua
- Proficient in Japanese (N2 level preferable)
- Knowledge of electronics industry is preferable
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am – 5:20pm; flexible working hours)
