Sales Development Manager, APAC
Primary Location: Hong Kong

The Impact: As part of the Commercial Education team, you will be responsible for training and coaching SPGMI’s frontline APAC Commercial staff (Sales, Relationship Management, CDAs, Product Specialists & Client Support) on both diagnostic sales skills & role based skills. Supporting training in all segments and across all products, you will support frontline commercial leadership in their management & development of their teams, providing continued upskilling & learning opportunities from Education’s growing curriculum.
Focused on both onboarders and tenured members of commercial staff, you will identify both individual and team performance gaps, and tailor sessions and programs accordingly. Training will either be in group classroom or individual coaching format, both in the office, on calls or out in the field shadowing commercial with clients.
You will additionally work closely with your Education team members across the globe to update or build new courses and training materials, and support various Education initiatives, as required. From time to time you may support diagnostic training efforts to our partner groups outside of Commercial.

About You: You are an accomplished professional with experience in either relationship management, sales, product specialism or finance, with a real passion for coaching and developing people. You have been exposed to or utilized PRG’s Diagnostic methodology and have experience in building training initiatives.
