Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Create and maintain relationships to key accounts by regular visits.
  • Ensure roll out of Programs, Service Standards, Safety, Reporting and Administration according to customer contracts and corporate & local guidelines.
  • Work closely with Supervisor for quality service delivery, customer retention, growing existing account add-on sales, route productivity and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report markets in own sales district (customer needs, competitors, prices).
  • Coordinate sales and service activities with cross divisional peers and internal functions (e.g. Marketing Services, Customer Service).

 

Minimum Requirement

  • Degree holder in business / related disciplines.  Strong candidates with diploma level will also be considered.
  • Property / Facility Management or Hotel working experience is an definite advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 3-5 yrs of solid selling experience in B2B service industries is an advantage
  • A desire to succeed in a competitive business environment
  • Immediate available is highly preferable
