  • Formulate effective sales strategies for the company's property portfolios
  • Manage the execution and coordination of sales activities for achieving pre-set sales targets
  • Design and supervise property market researches and advise management on property sales trend and pricing strategies
  • Work with other teams to promote company's properties for optimize sales generation and administer sales related documentations
  • Establish effective measurement processes for tracking the overall results of sales campaigns
  • Build and maintain good relations with potential clients



  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Holder of Estate Agent / Salesperson license is an advantage
  • Preferably minimum 10 years' relevant working experience in property sales field or related industry in which 5 years at managerial level with proven track record in sales achievement
  • Sound knowledge in local property market
  • Energetic, independent, outgoing and self-motivated
  • Strong business acumen with good analytical thinking, creative and result-oriented
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in presentation and negotiation techniques
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
