Job Description

As our Sales & Distribution Manager (Consulting), your primary objective will be to drive the growth of our China import services and clients strategically and hands-on practically. You will be working closely with our established BD and operations teams to develop client proposals, end-to-end import and distribution solutions, and implementations. You will act as the bridge between clients and the operations team to upgrade existing operations and to introduce new supply chain tools.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with consulting and business development teams to identify and analyse business opportunities, drive development and end to end implementation of market entry, import and distribution models, strategies and/or processes
  • Implement new sales strategies and initiatives through mapping and improving current business process, resources and objectives
  • Lead consulting projects with a team of in-house consultants and technical experts to deliver strategy design and implementation
  • Work closely with other stakeholders across functions to enhance standardisation of operational processes and documents to meet client’s service level
  • Review and monitor the performance of the operational team to ensure project objectives and professional standards
  • Coach, train and develop team members

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with min. 8 years of consulting & hands-on supply chain operational experience, preferably in B2B setting such as medical devices or industrial goods
  • Greater China experience in setting up market entry strategy, sales network and distribution models 
  • Proven track record of developing creative client solutions and delivering practical, forward thinking and viable
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised in supporting and managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong influencing & client relationship management skills with good business acumen
  • A team player as well as a strong project leader
  • Excellent language skills in English, fluent in Chinese
