Job Description


  • Provide technical information or advice on Endoscopy disposables products to customers.
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers
  • Develops customer's staff by providing technical information and training.
  • Complies with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising customer on product, service, or equipment adherence to requirements; advising customer on needed actions.
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
  • Complex/advanced product programming to provide improved service to Clinicians or Practitioner
  • Assistance with new product validations
  • Partnering with R&D and Marketing for new product launches
  • Training on and maintaining knowledge of standard operating procedures, and compliance toward the regulations of world-wide regulatory bodies
  • Travel required > 50% including some weekends


  • Minimum of 2-3 years working in the Medical Device field.
  • Degree holder/BS in Biomedical Engineering (preferred)
  • Equivalent technical experience working with medical products.
  • Experience working with and doing hands-on programming of medical products is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry practices and compliance.
  • Applies professional concepts and company policies and procedures, analyzes data or situations
  • Exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems for customers.
  • Partner with R&D to escalate and solve issues.
  • Strong MS Office background (Excel, Access, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Strong project management, planning, organizational and communication skills desired
  • Ability to train and motivate in area of compliance and quality improvement.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage timely completion of long-term projects.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to manage project priorities based on production needs
