Job Description


  • Provide internal and external assistance during sales process to include delivering solution demonstrations to customers
  • Inform and update distributors and re-sellers on technical pre-sales issues
  • Work with integrators and software development partners during the project sales process
  • Develop written pre-sales material of technical nature
  • Find new business opportunities when communicating with partners
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned



  • Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication & Network or other related disciplines
  • Proven experience in pre-sales within IT channel preferred
  • IT exposure in networking, IP-based technologies and applications with sound knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP), VMS software and hardware technology is an advantage
  • Technical experience from CCTV business ire preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Travelling is required within the region
