This is a unique role where you will be part of the rapidly growing Jamie Oliver Restaurant event and sales team. Your role will be focused around two key areas – driving group party bookings and delivering an awesome guest experience. Your time will be focused on events sales and management, and you will work closely with the Head of Corporate Sales & Events to make sure the events and catering sales goals are achieved and work closely to ensure that the event strategy is aligned.
You will also take a leading position in defining and shaping the right offer for different target groups and customers, and in walking your trade-zone building relationships and sales leads.
No day will be the same, as you will have the opportunity to develop new sales leads each day. The role is dynamic and challenging, and requires a person with great communication skills and a passion for hospitality excellence and public relations. You will also be very well organised and able to respond to customers quickly and in a professional way.
This position working location will mainly be at the Causeway Bay office, but also in between Causeway Bay and TST restaurants to conduct regular site visits with prospect clients, meetings & to supervise events ensuring that operations are ready and the customer has an awesome experience.
