Job Description

 

You will be responsible for: -

  1. Identify and explore modernization opportunities
  2. Establish and develop good relationship with customers including Owner, Architect, Consultant and Property Management Company
  3. Perform site visit and prepare cost estimation of modernization proposal
  4. Prepare modernization proposal with solutions catering customer’s request and follow up with the customer
  5. Drive profitable growth that meet with management’s target
  6. Collect market information for management in formulating sales strategy
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordination actions with project team to enable that we deliver to our promise

 

We expect you to have:-

  1. Associate Degree / Degree holder in business, marketing, engineering, building services or other relevant disciplines
  2. At least 1 – 2 years sales experience, preferably in E&M / construction / service industries
  3. Well-versed in handling tenders, negotiation and closing deals
  4. Fluent written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  5. Experience in customer relationship management and proficiency in effective communication and interpersonal skill
  6. Immediate available is a definite advantage
  7. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Modernization Sales Executive
