Job Description

Responsibilities 

Responsible BSI products & services

  • 1st Priority: Product Certification – Follow up Product testing services
  • Training – Sell our ISO Standards training courses to be held in each month, inviting trainees from existing & new customers, for company or individual enrolment
  • Assessment – Audit services towards compliances with International Standards

Managing Sales Process and Business Development

  • Investigate relevant resource required for delivering the products/services (e.g. Auditors and Tutors with the right skills and experience profile), provide a timeline for delivery to meet customer order & solve any customer issues
  • Customer Account Management – Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts. Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services
  • Assist Business Development Manager in conducting market research and analysis, as well as new product development and launching
  • Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible

  Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications 

  • University Degree level or equivalent education
  • 3- to 5 years relevant work experience in sales and business development
  • Experience in lab testing, medical devices, product certification, or manufacturing is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese Cantonese
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus
  • Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
  • An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
  • Candidate with technical B2B sales experiences is highly preferred 
  • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
