Job Description

Main Duties:

 •       Maintain and develop relationships with existing retail customers in order to increase sales
•       Introduce new product ranges to customers and resolve customer queries
•       Monitor sales movements and meet targets
•       Actively seek new sales opportunities, identify potential customers and create sales proposals
•       Follow up on inquiries, sales related duties and account receivable status
•       Ensure high standards of in-store visual merchandising and stock availability for customers
•       Represent and promote Bloom & Grow at trade exhibitions and shows
•       Sales report preparation, corporate program fulfillment, maintaining accurate consignment customer records and wholesale web site
•       Other work is necessary for fair set up, stock take and replenishment works

 Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sales Executive
  • Computer proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • High motivation with strong PC skills as well as customer focus mindset
  • Knowledge of NetSuite will be an advantage
  • Experience in Ecommerce will be useful
  • Immediate availability an advantage
