Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Develop sales opportunities with architects, facade consultants, designers, Property Developers, construction companies, contractors and door/window fabricators
  • Provide spec/project specific advice and education
  • Provide technical support/training to distributors
  • Influence general specs and library
  • Communicate with Germany plant for product updates
  • Create and explore new market opportunities
  • Assist in develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Offer excellent customer relations support and after-sales services

 

Qualification:

  • Form 6 graduated or above. University or Higher Diploma in Engineering/Building Related facility be advantage
  • 3 years or above experience in dealing with Architects, Property Developers Contractors, Facade Consultants and Door/Window Fabricators
  • Good Relationship (liaison)  with Architects, Property Developers, Contractors, Facade Consultants and Door/Window Fabricators
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skill and teamwork.
  • Responsible and able to work independently
  • Literacy in computer and MS office software
  • Knowledge and Experience in Foam and Adhesives construction product be advantage
  • Knowledge and Experience in China Market be advantage
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin be advantage
