Job Description


  • Support the sales team
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationship to grow revenue
  • Cold call to create market awareness of the business opportunity
  • Schedule calls to customers and perform these calls along with the daily activities
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through different channels
  • To proactively attend relevant events and establish business networks & relationship
  • Contract negotiations and leasing agreement completion
  • Negotiate customer claims and initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader



  • University Degree or above
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in retail / office leasing
  • Experience in generated enquiry through outbound sales
  • Strong planner, time manager and aggressive producer with the ability to set priorities and maintain high quality standards
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Strong in customer relationship
  • Good telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality
