The Sales Management Trainee (SMT) Program is a 2 years intensive program aiming to develop the SMT to be Assistant Sales Manager level or higher after the program. Upon graduation, the SMT is expected to take care of a portfolio of corporate customers on customers’ MPF and Employee Benefits program. All successful candidates will be offered well-structured trainings to various functional areas during the program to familiarize the operational flow and servicing models. The following are functional areas that will be included in the training depending on the competency and characteristics of the SMT.
SMT are expected to get promoted during the 2 years and acquired the necessary competencies, skill and knowledge levels to be at the Assistant Manager standards. We offer promising career path, attractive remuneration & benefit package to the right candidates.
