Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the sales of Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) to meet or exceed the sales target
  • Identify business opportunities, formulate account development plans and sales strategies for
  • penetrating into the assigned market segments / customers
  • Gather and understand the client’s needs to ensure fulfilling client’s requirements
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting till deal closing
  • Build up good relationship with the clients
Job Requirements
  • University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 3-7 years of sales experience in HRMS solution selling experience to corporate accounts.
  • Product experience in Time Attendance/Payroll/HR solutions will be an added advantage
  • (SaaS) Software as a Service technology experience and knowledge
  • Consultative selling skills with strategic mind-set.
  • Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • High proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
Working Hours:
5 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
