Job Overview

We currently work with some of the leading NGOs globally, including UNICEF, UNHCR, Greenpeace, and WWF. We take our commitments to them seriously. You will be the key focal point for your portfolio of clients, responding attentively to their needs. You will manage their programs against agreed budgets and targets, ensuring they are run effectively. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will manage a team of professionals; support, drive and lead from the front by achieving personal sales targets as well as team sales targets. You will drive the performance of our F2F marketing team members by regularly initiating training, updating our sales team on new programs, and implementing strategies to drive and improve KPI. You will ensure the highest possible quality by monitoring daily performance reports and constantly looking for ways to improve our clients' programs and drive growth within our organization.

Major Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Lead a face-to-face team, inspiring them around our vision and mission
  • Be an ambassador and evangelist of our company values and build a culture that is unique but also consistent with the values of the company
  • Ensure we remain focused on the growth and development of people to achieve our goals for our clients
  • Lead from the front and ensure you are ready to go to the ground always to ensure you remain finely attuned to the team and able to solve problems quickly
  • Run productive, inspiring team meetings and lead on key team-wide initiatives like competitors or incentive
Performance Management
  • Ensuring your teams are meeting all KPIs around signup volumes, event cost per donor, approval rates, retention rates, and average age criteria
  • Organize and create work plans for the F2F team based on briefings from the events team
  • Ensure the face-to-face teams are adhering to the sales process
  • Closely manage each of your team leaders/fundraisers to ensure they are meeting their targets
  • Ensure the performance management process is always followed properly with the support of HR
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and update senior management on any urgent outcomes or action points
Progression and development of staff
  • Ensure you work with your immediate supervisor to ensure we are meeting our goals for leadership development to deliver the growth plan
  • Invest time and energy in coaching key performer’s and lifting them to the next level
Training & Coaching
  • Develop clear training plans and agendas with your team
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training
  • Ensure all leadership development modules and programs are carried out with staff
Logistics, Administration, Reporting
  • Lead on the development of the roster for the team
  • Work with events and HR team to ensure the team are adequately resourced at all times

 Requirements:

  • A target drive and ambitious individual with 2~10 years’ experience in B2C sales/frontline promotion
  • Experience in leading a team of sales and delivering to targets
  • Infectious energy and enthusiasm
  • Resilience and determination
  • Adaptability – you must be comfortable with constant changes
  • Native Cantonese speaker, with high proficiency in both written & spoken Cantonese & English is a must.
