- Plan and implement sales strategies to promote company products to the existing and potential clients;
- Monitor each account's status and provide professional consultation and customer service;
- Handle strategic account management and maximize business opportunities to meet the customer needs;
- Identify and penetrate potential customers in the focused industries;
- Conduct presentations and prepare sales proposal to customers;
- Liaise with internal team members to manage resource to maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction;
- Keep update with the market development and technology information.
Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:
- Degree holder or above in Information Technology or Business related disciplines;
- At least 3 years' sales and service experience in IT / Hotel / Catering industry;
- Candidates with less experience but good working attitude and potential, will also be considered;
- Proven track records in handling customers;
- Initiative, Independent, Customer Focus and Target Oriented;
- Excellent communication, public presentation, and document writing skills;
- Good hands-on skills in MS Office applications;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential. Mandarin is a must.
