Your tasks:

• Sell market leading RFID Inlay and Tags Solutions to Converters and Service Bureaus

• Manage and develop key accounts/customers and an assigned group of other customers

• Implement sales and business development plans to achieve profitable results in the regional Retail market

• Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts

• Monitor competitors and market conditions

• Prepare customer quotations and lead contract negotiations and pricing

• Develop a sales funnel for the company’s software applications for advanced digital retail solutions

Your profile:

• Completed university studies in a relevant field such as business administration or engineering

• 5+ years experiences in Sales, preferably in retail RFID industry

• 5+ years proven direct sales experience in solution selling

• Strong understanding of the regional retail ecosystem, its influencers and decision makers

• Goal-oriented and revenue-driven personality

• Excellent Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication skills
