Our client is one of the biggest international sports brand, looking for the Sales Manager to in charge the wholesales business in Hong Kong and Macau, lead the team of 2, report directly to the Country General Manager.
Distributor Business Management
* Set and achieve Budgeted Net Sales and Margin/Profit targets for all Distributors in Hong Kong & Macau
* Build and maintain strong positive relationship with key distributor partners across the region by developing strategic alliances to drive brand share within their businesses
* Prepare all sell in and go to markets needs for all Distributors. Including price lists, marketing material and other relative material
* Conduct monthly business review meetings with each distributor
* Ensure rolling business plans are built and maintained for each Distributor
* Provide Monthly Business updates on all distributors on how they are performing against Budget/Plan
* Complete weekly work in progress reports
Product/Marketing & Retail
* Build Product & Marketing plans with all Distributors
* Work with regional product managers to ensure all Distributor product needs are met. Building specific product needs for all Distributors
* Work closely with Product/Marketing teams to ensure regular visits are made to the Distributors markets. Making sure all relevant needs are being met & delivered
* Work closely with Operations and Customer Service personal to ensue all Distributors orders and business needs are being maintained and executed to a premium standard.
* Responsible for ensuring all forecasts are met and delivered to the appropriate personal
* Pursue continual operational & business improvement opportunities with Distributor markets.

* Sound experience and tertiary education preferred
