Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, qualify and approve network of International partners for sales of individual units on behalf of the company and partnering developers
  • Formulate, develop and implement sales and marketing strategy for each project
  • Supervise global sales and marketing for each project
  • Monitor sales performance of property agencies, referral agents and other channel partners globally.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the company.
  • Assist management team to raise capital, negotiate financial structure and terms with private equity, investment and pension funds, insurance companies, family offices, etc. for investment opportunities presented by the company.



  • Formulate, develop and implement branding strategy for the company
  • Formulate UK and international product marketing strategy for each projects including assortment, pricing, investors’ incentives budgets in collaboration with the company and partnering developers
  • Define UK and international project marketing requirements in collaboration with developers
  • Deploy, control and monitor international marketing budget for each project, supervise and optimise UK marketing budget
  • Identify and approve participation in global public events, organise pre-launch events and official launch events for each project globally 
  • Manage and develop relationships with media outlets internationally for PR and media planning purposes
  • Supervise marketing and PR initiatives to develop the Group’s brand
  • Implement lead generation campaigns  to maximise project marketing and sales
  • Develop and commission market research & competitive intelligence programs



  • Bachelor degree or above from a respected university in marketing, real estate or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical skills with 5-8 years of experience in real estate / property sales & marketing, with exposure to Asia & UK property markets.
  • Must have demonstrable experience in feasibility model preparation and/or use of package software, & powerpoint presentations of deal sheets to investors and banks.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with property developers highly preferred
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, work well under pressure and deliver timely reports in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a keen understanding of investor objectives and with a strong investor focus.
  • Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal), (Mandarin and Cantonese a plus)
