Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work for a fast growing international beauty business expanding quickly in Hong Kong. The position will provide the successful candidate with autonomy and invaluable experience on how to market and grow an international brand.

Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will develop the marketing and retail sales strategy, while ensuring effective and optimal retail execution and bringing best international corporate business practices, meeting budget objectives and brand equity guidelines and are ultimately accountable for the brands P&L.


* To conduct market studies to assess new business development opportunities off and online
* To develop strategic plan and marketing activities for brands building, awareness and reach business and sales objectives
* To manage a network of multiple POS at specialised multi-brand beauty retailer, counter at Department stores, but also management inflight services
* To manage, coach and lead 1-2 assistants (Marketing Executive and Sales & education Executive) and a pool of beauty advisors (Department stores) of around 10 staff.
* To produce practical reporting to management on seasonal analysis of sell-through, local market feedback, business intelligence report on competitors, market trends, and suggesting corrective actions when required
* To build strong relation with Brand's Headquarter marketing and branding team to get optimal support


* You have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience in brand management, sales and marketing related functions for international companies specialised in the masstige or prestige beauty sector.
* You have built a solid sales channels expertise (department stores, specialised beauty prestige retailers) for the Hong Kong market with a genuine passion in developing high quality niche brands
* You have a creative and innovative branding approach combining both off and online marketing and branding approach
* You are strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a retail team
* You have a true entrepreneur mindset, excited to bring a business to the next level for brand with high growth potential, where being, self-motivated, resilient, flexible, organized, able to set up business processes are key
* You combine strategic mindset and hands on approach to deliver retail excellence
* You are fluent in both English and Cantonese
* You are a degree holder major in marketing, business administration, commerce or related
