Within the region, a Mentor partners with leadership to support and train sales professionals within the first 90-days of their career. Mentors strives to uphold the Global Credo of “Service. Driven. Commerce”, while working with sales professionals to instruct on the core methodologies, coach on the Global Payments Playbook, serve as a resource, and overall provide enthusiastic support.
The Sales Mentor Team is instrumental in the success of Global sales professionals, who rely on their dedicated mentors on a weekly basis. In order to continue serving regions with excellence, this position requires individuals who are committed to and driven by serving others and investing in their success. These individuals embody an entrepreneurial spirit and are able to “run their own shop”, while contributing to the growth and development of the Mentor team. Mentors work to model the Global Way by maintaining professionalism, authenticity, and respect through all interactions with others.
