Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose:

Reporting to the Managing Director of NDI Asia Pacific, the Sales & Office Administration Specialist will be primarily responsible for assisting in sales support activities in Asia Pacific region such as generating quotations, managing contracts, preparing tradeshows, and other general internal sales support. This role will also be responsible for managing general office administrative tasks.

Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree with over 10 years of relevant working experience with international company is preferred.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Self-motivated, able to work effectively and cooperatively within a team, and independently
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and quality-committed.
