Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales and marketing of residential properties
  • Participant in product planning, sales strategy, sales system, sales operation, sales logistic, sales documentation and after sales follow-up;
  • Liaise with property agents to facilitate selling of the projects;
  • Undertake market research and analysis
  • Attend daily operation and general sales at sales office and follow-up with clients and property agents and coordinate with other internal and external parties for sales & marketing

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Surveying, Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related disciplines;
  • 3 - 8 years working experience in sales and marketing of residential properties or real estate consultancies;or account servicing in advertising agency with major property accounts;
  • Familiar with Residential Properties (First Hand Sales) Ordinance;
  • Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent in MS Office especially Excel (intermediate level) & PowerPoint
  • Willing to work on roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Sales and Marketing Officer.
