Job Description

Our client, a No. 1 Information Technology Company is seeking a Sales Operation & Planning Manager to assist the Head Of Sales to  drive the sales operation and develop strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and support sales, marketing and business development team
  • Develop strategy for sales, marketing and business development team.
  • Formulate and pilot budget for sales and marketing department.
  • To work with Head Of Sales on piloting sales incentive and help sales team to achieve targets by formulating impactful commission scheme.
  • Produce insightful strategic analysis and business review.
  • Beyond formulating strategy, may have opportunity to team sales / customer service team for candidates desire to move up to management.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in business administration, engineering, finance, accounting, etc.
  • At least 8 years from information technology: telecommunication, data center, software, system integrator, etc.  Preferences is given to experience in sales, business development or financial / business analysis position.
  • Strong analytical skills and sensitive to number, ability to analyze data and identify business opportunity. 
  • Team management experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
