A leading global bank is now looking for a high caliber Insurance Distribution Support Specialist to join their Insurance Distribution Team. The ideal candidate must have at
least 3 years of experience in Sales/ Operations Role and prior experience in Financial Service will be desired.
- Provide distribution support, conduct quality review and provide professional opinion to customers
- Review applications in branches and provide professional opinion
- Assisting customers on forms and ensuring all details are submitted properly
- Assist Manager to implement commercial reinforcement initiatives and ensure the enforcement of commercial compliance fulfilment
- Maintain internal control standards and maintain awareness of operational risk
- Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/ Operations Role, ideally from financial institutions
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Marco), Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge in MS Access, SQL, Visual Basics is desired
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Self-motivated, detail- oriented, customer- focused and with strong communication skills
