As a CS Manager, you will
-Plan and implement sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives
-Regular review meetings and update services with both internal and external customers
-Lead the customer service team and interact with customers
-Develop and maintain strong relationships across various levels
-Analyze sales, stock and operation performance by analytical reports and share insights with HQ, top management, marketing team, training team and related parties
skills & experiences required.
-Minimum 8 years relevant experience in supporting sales, with at least 2 years of experience in leadership
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
-Experience in FMCG is an advantage
