We are looking for a Sales Support to join our team. You will be responsible to provide support to sales manager and respond to customers and prospects queries.
Our ideal candidate shall have knowledge in software sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales and team operations.
Previous experience in related disciplines preferred but not required, we will offer in-house on the job training program for young professionals, however, prior administrative or clerical experience will be very helpful in ensuring your success in this position.
Responsibilities and duties
Communicate and report to sales manager in regular basis.
Facilitate and support internal and client meetings.
Maintain up-to-date with latest sales trends and best practice.
Communicate with customers and prospects locally and overseas.
Perform any necessary administrative work when required.
Qualification / Requirements
Degree holder in Business, IT or related disciplines preferred.
Preferred to have working experience in sales, sales support or similar role in IT. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Multi-tasking and time-oriented.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork, positive thinking and motivational skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional certification or training in relevant fields will be a surplus.
