Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support under sales team
  • Answering phone calls
  • Input and related documentation coordination and filing;
  • Any other ad-hoc general office duties

 

Requirements:

 

  • Diploma or above
  • Min. 1 year working experience
  • Strong analytical, good presentation, problem-solving and communications skills
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Putonghua & Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available would be an advantage
