Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Management Team, the Admissions Administrator is primarily responsible to oversee and manage the admission cycle and ensure smooth running of the admission process of all four campuses within the Group. The job holder is required to work in Discovery Bay, work closely with the campuses heads and to develop excellent relationships with prospective parents and students.

Key responsibilities

  • Effectively manage all admissions queries and applications via email, social media platform or face-to-face meeting.
  • Act as the key contact person for prospective parents, communicate and maintain ongoing conversation with them professionally during the application and admissions process.
  • Arrange school tours for parents to meet with the Head of individual campus and follow up with admissions interviews and assessments.
  • Follow up with parents on payment and any outstanding documentation.
  • Update and report the student enrollment information, including withdrawals and transfers, to the Senior Management Team.
  • Input the student data into school’s student information system.
  • Manage the students’ waiting list.
  • Collate and prepare School Newsletters, Weekly Report for parents and staff.
  • Liaise with relocation companies and real estate agents to explore/identify new potential families’ interest in our schools.
  • Work closely with campus’s admin staff on other admission issues.
  • Ensure that the admission information is accurate on the promotional flyers and school website.
  • Participate and support all school promotional events/activities to meet the needs of the communities served by each campus.
  • Co-work with marketing staff to develop marketing plan and strategies.



  • Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese is a MUST.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and culturally sensitive.
  • Excellent communication skills and work ethics.
  • Computer savvy, must be able to use Chinese word processing.
  • Attentive to details, highly organized and ability to multi-task.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of the student information.
  • Previous experience in customer service and administrative support is highly preferred.


Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experiences. Fringe benefits include 20 days of annual leave, transport allowances, medical and dental benefits. All applicants should have in place the right to work in Hong Kong.
